Assistance Request - Please
We ask that you please water all new plants that have been planted over the past couple of weeks to give them the best chance to thrive. We are limited to using irrigation to two days a week and each panting bed zone only runs for 20 minutes. With the hot temperatures they need daily watering.
Please do not remove traffic cones placed in the parking lots. They are there for project work and safety.
Project Updates
Please allow contractors full access to all exterior areas so they can complete their tasks efficiently and safely. Residents are asked not to engage with the contractors directly or interfere with their work. Questions or concerns should be directed at our property manager Mike Vargas mike@felnercorp.comor his assistant Michele michele@felnercorp.com .
