The Reserve Master

The Reserve Master is a major, long-term land use and development blueprint for a 546-acre master-planned neighborhood located in western Danbury, Connecticut, right near the New York border.

The site itself is historically significant to the area, as it consists of large land parcels that were formerly part of the massive Union Carbide corporate headquarters complex.

Instead of leaving the sprawling corporate campus vacant, the City of Danbury and various private developers created a master plan to transition the land into a massive "live, work, and play" micro-community.
