Clubhouse Renovation Updates
The clubhouse renovation project continues to progress smoothly, with several enhancements already completed:
Tavern Room Upgrades — Painting, new drapes, shades, and carpeting are finished. A new large‑screen TV with DirectTV has been installed. Shuffleboard table will arrive this weekend. Finishing touches will be occurring over the next couple of weeks.
Clubhouse Office Renovation — Scheduled to begin mid‑July.
Indoor Pool & Hot Tub — Both have been resurfaced. Final chemical balancing and required after‑work maintenance are underway. A reopening date will be shared via email soon.
Bocce Court Rehab and Lighting – Completed!
Landscaping, Irrigation and Lighting – Completed!

Facility Maintenance, Repairs & Improvements
Playground Benches The board has approved two new benches for the playground, creating a welcoming place for parents to relax and for children to take a break between play.
Additional Gate with Alarm for Bocce Court Area Emergency Exit. Alarms will notify security instantly. This added security feature will help prevent unauthorized access.
Grill Gate Alarm. Alarms will notify security instantly. This added security feature will help prevent unauthorized access.
Waterfall Repairs Experts have been brought in to pinpoint where the leak is coming from, allowing the board to evaluate options once the assessment is complete.
Outdoor Pool Heaters The five outdoor pool heaters have been cleaned and serviced. All five received new sensors to regulate the water temperature.
Rules Reminders
Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on clubhouse grounds.
Always use your key card to enter; do not allow others to piggyback.
To keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone, children must be supervised at all times. Running, rough housing, and splashing other guests are not allowed, as these behaviors can cause accidents and disrupt others who are trying to relax.
Food is not allowed in or within 10’ of the pools.
Limit of four guests per household. Each household may bring up to four guests only. Security guards will be strictly enforcing this policy to prevent overcrowding and maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

Each community appoints a director to serve on The Rivington Club Board. These representatives share updates with their communities and bring forward questions or concerns.
